About
Lightworker, Breathwork Facilitator & ThetaHealer
I have always been a spiritual person. Not “religious” (not that there’s anything wrong with that), but
spiritual. As a teenager, I was fascinated by Near Death Experiences (NDEs) and read many books on the
subject. Based on NDE stories, I developed my own faith in what I believe happens when we die, and that
faith helped me tremendously when I lost my dad suddenly in a car accident in 2004. People were amazed at
how well I handled his transition, because I wholeheartedly know that he is fine, and I have received many
signs and communications from him throughout the years.
After my teaching job that I loved ended, I decided to embrace my spirituality and embody myself as a Lightworker to help humanity through the Great Awakening. I began devouring anything spiritual I could get my hands on–podcasts, GaiaTV, meditations, kundalini, QiGong, TaiChi…and I began my trainings. I practice strengthening my spiritual connection to Source energy every single day.
After I tried Breathwork for the first time, I was hooked. Through Breathwork classes, I’ve been able to forgive some people from my past, and I learned what loving myself actually means and how to do it. I knew that Breathwork was a tool I wanted to learn to facilitate so I could help others understand what self-love and self-care means, and how to practice these important virtues in their daily lives.
As I began practicing as a ThetaHealer, I was amazed at how quickly and easily my abilities progressed.
Clients were feeling the energy shift within them. At the end of every session, proclamations of, “I feel
lighter!” or, “WOW!” were happening every single time. So my confidence and trust in my connection to Source
energy built, and my business was launched.
I’m so excited to share with you the techniques, tools, and practices that have helped me overcome depression and addictions to unhealthy relationships, food, and alcohol. I now know how to accept myself the way I am. I invite you to join me on this healing journey.
