Policies
These placeholder terms describe how Serenity Now operates its retreats, private sessions, online offerings, and digital content. They are provided as a starting point only and do not constitute legal advice. Please have a qualified attorney review and tailor this page to your specific jurisdiction and business structure.
Serenity Now offers personal retreats, group retreats, classes, breathwork sessions, ThetaHealing® style sessions, intuitive guidance, and online educational content. All offerings are intended for personal growth, relaxation, and spiritual exploration and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal care.
By participating in any Serenity Now offering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being. You agree to listen to your body, honor your boundaries, and stop any practice that feels unsafe. You release Serenity Now, its owners, and its facilitators from any liability for injuries or outcomes that may arise from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In group settings we ask all participants to honor confidentiality: personal stories and sharings are not to be repeated outside the circle. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave a session or retreat if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others.
All written content, recordings, meditations, images, and course materials created by Serenity Now are protected by copyright. You may use these materials for your personal practice only. You may not record, reproduce, share, or resell our content without prior written permission.
We collect only the information necessary to process bookings, deliver newsletters, and communicate about your sessions. Contact details are stored securely and are never sold. You may request to update or remove your information from our mailing list at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
For virtual sessions and classes, you are responsible for providing a stable internet connection and a private space. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by technology failures, but we will work with you in good faith to reschedule when appropriate.
Serenity Now may update offerings, schedules, pricing, or these Terms & Policies from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your booking or participation will apply to that engagement. Continued use of our website and services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have questions about these Terms & Policies or how they apply to a specific retreat or offering, please contact us through the Contact Us page.
